Ekspedisi Gunung Datuk -February '09

Baru -baru bebudak gayung KTSN, Kolej Tun Syed Nasir, UKM) buat acara panjat-memanjat Gunung datuk kat Rembau, actually ist plan nak buat masa raya Chian bulan january tapi kena postponed sampai ler minggu lpeas. Konon-kononnyer, kawan aku nih Fadhil( carik gambar mamat yang kepala bortak tuh..hahah), letakkan nama aku jadi Cikgu pengiring ..(what a joke kekek). Apa-apalah Labu. hari sabtu tuh jumpa group nih kat tapak perkhemahan Gunung DatuK dlm kul 11 pagi ( aku cuak bawak kete dtg sana sebab kete aku pun tak sihat since keluar masuk workshop nih-nih citer lain dah).
Sbelum naik, guide dah bagi syrahan panjang lebar all the do's and don'ts lah..good especially untuk bebudak baru2 nih. kalau masa2 aku study dulu rajin ler wat keje2 bercamping , naik gunung nih..skrg ..erms...kalau leh sampai naik atas bawak beg sendiri pun alhamdullilah. Tgk muka2 bebudak nih ader yang muka cuak gak...keke.Fadhil pesan, mulut jgn celupar..opsss...

Nih semua gambar2 masa dalam perjalanan nak naik ke atas tuh, macam2 ragam.. aku jgn cakap lah..rasa nak pengsan pun ader tapi terpaksa tunjuk macho gak, yang kesian nyer bebudak lelaki tuh ader yang terpaksa bawak 2-3 bag ( sebab ader girls yang pancit giler sampai tak larat nak bawak beg sendiri). Walaupun Gunung Datuk tuh baru 800 meter dari sea level...kita org buat sampai 4 jam lebih .. (sebab banyak sgt pitstop...stamina tarak). Mekasih Fadhil temankan aku yang ketinggalan sepanjang jalan itu.

Alhamdullilah sampai lah jugak ke puncak akhirnya..dalam kul 5 cam tuh..lega..arr.. emrs tak lama sampai puncak hujan pun turun lah..( kata guide tuh walhal dah 2 bulan lebih tak ujan). So berkejar2 lah nak carik tempat pasang khemah pulak sebab ader 2 lagi group yang overnite kat puncak tuh. Nak jadikan cerita pulak khemah tak cup satu ader 6 jer..so 3 org lagi kena lah tidur kat luar malam tuh plak. kelakar nya pasal food plak.. saper punay idea bawak kentang jer ..ngan roti..takder beras..arkss..sib baik sebelum pergi tuh, aku bawak jugak dapur gas stove yang kecik tuh (pakai butane gas jer), bawak perik 2, kuali senduk then sausage. roti biskut, ikan bilis goreng and rolls..so selera lah aku sendiri nak makan.. gula pun depa lupa nak bawak adeihh..adik2 ku..
malam tuh pehh tetiba m,camakan ribut sib baik angin ku jer..sampai pucuk2 pokok meliuk2 peh..cam adegan dalam filem seram woo.. atas puncak tuh ko boleh tgk bintang2 yang bertaburan dilangit dengan sungguh jelas..subhanallah.Sempat jugak menimba2 ilmu didada dimalam hari nih.
Esok ..bagun pagi lepas breakfast, taklimat, kemas2 camp site... dia org sakan ambik gambar kat atas batu besar kat puncak nih..sorry gamabar aku takder sebab gayat nak panjat tinggi2 tuh..so layan jer lah videa clip kanak2 ribena nih yer..


NIh plak gambar2 sepanjang..kat atas puncak dan perjalanan pulang ke kaki gunung.. punya curam..sampai kenkadang tuh sesak nafas..pelan-pelan kayuh sampai gak kat bawah pada hari Ahad 22 februari.... dalm kul 1 lebih. Mekasih adik2 yang bayak tolong menolong dalam ekspedisi nih. Lain kali kalau ader program ajak lah lagi (tapi kena make sure ration best sket hehheeh).

At the Movie :Geng,Ipin & Upin

I think for the last few weeks this story has been on the mouths of almost every kindergarten & secondary school goers.. betul, betul ,betul.....it's this Upin and Ipin series that has been running on TV for the last few months..I cant say that I am a devoted fan however I do catch a couple of their clips at You Tube, well they are kinda cute and endearing little guys too. The very famous tag word is ..BETUL, BETUL, BETUL.. even my 3 years old nephew keep nagging his mother to catch the movies. Pictures at MBO Cinemas kat Terminal 2, Seremban

Luckily my friend Zuraida, from the office called me up saying that she's taking her 3 kids to catch this particular movies and she volunteered to get the tickets for me. I appreciated the effort since it saved me the hassle of driving early, queueing and getting the tickets. Finally she secured the tickets from this new MBO Cinemas at terminal 2 , Seremban (in fact , it was my first time here, new place to support the already congested terminal 1 in town, I think built to support the express buses). We were there early so we bought some tidbits to tide over the children while waiting. I was accompanied by my niece Nurul Izzah..and waiting and waiting and waiting..and waiting...lama tunggu eks..

From the start of the movies everybody was like glued to their seat, so engrossed they are in the character of Upin, Ipin ..Ros and Lima and the oh so love able, durian eating OOpet....

Surprisingly, although there are many kids and children in the movie..u rarely heard a wail or a squek..wow..they must have been really engrossed.. Even my 9 year old niece ( who says that she is a big girl and don't like malay cartoon) request for DVD copy .

With the emergence of Upin & Upin, we hoped for Malaysia will continue to produce world class movies and 3-Ds. Standing ovation for Les Copaque production..

Konvo at UUM-January 2009

After toiling for more than a year I finally graduated for my diploma in logistic management. Feelings of relief and happiness. AT least my weekend is now free to pursue other interest (ehhe as if I got so many). BUt one thing I have noticed that when you are doing studying and working, your mind is working overtime and it makes your mind sharp and active( eh aku membebel aper nih). I have made plans to continue my studies but in view of the economic slowdown and uncertainity in the job market I have to KIV this plan. Perhaps when the economic situations is better, hopefully by middle of the year. Even now, there's auncertanity at my workplace, since orders has been dropping for more than 50% from the main customers, alas..thats the situation on automotive industries...

My greatest pleasure was that my Darling Mr.G was there too.

Back to my graduation, i was so happy that my paresnts and my brothers and sisters and my two nieces were there to witness it, and there are surprised that I am also the recipients for Center Best student. I got trophy for that ( now proudly sitting on top of the TV in my bedroom).


The trip to Sintok is with my classmates Sabrina and kak Azah, we stayed at EDC UUM. IT was a nice and peaceful place, not your regular busy and shady hotels. Everything is clean and airy ..and the staff is also helpful.
